There are literally thousands of herbal tea types and herbal tea blends that people can create depending on their personal preference. Below is a list of popular herbal tea varieties.

1/4 a cup - read at least 1 book
1/2 a cup - read 2 to 3 books
3/4 a cup - read 4 to 5 books
