Snow, Snow and More Snow!

 Tuesday we woke up to a lot of snow. My husband starting clearing it away and then we lost power. We got 9 inches or so of heavy wet snow.  It was so pretty.  But by 2 pm, the temps were in the 40s and it started melting.

Now this morning, we got quite a surprise!  Even more snow than we got on Tuesday.  A lot more than 9 inches.

Weather

With the wacky weather this summer I want to lodge my complaint. I feel like I am living in the tropics or maybe a swamp. It is so humid. It has rained every day for like 2 weeks. Right now we are havin' a bit of sunshine but I feel so sticky! Yech!!
What's your weather like? Is a dry heat really different??

Weather!

On Sunday afternoon we got a hellacious thunderstorm! We got so much rain in 15 minutes that our driveway was flooded out. So much rain came down that the King's driveway stone ( at his place of business) was washed away. We also got hail. That does not happen that often here. The storm passed and the sun peeked out for a few moments but was quickly covered up again by more clouds.
Today, thank goodness, it is bright and sunny and WARM! I think we hit 60 today!
