This is a shot of the tree in our yard. Pears are coming. I don't like them but I like to see things growing. The fig tree has figs and the grape vine is doing fine!! I'm a poet!! But we won't be eating any of these because we will be gone by the time they ripen.... Oh well!

I agree it is lovely to see the fruits ripening now but oh such a shame you will not be here long enough to enjoy them.
I have to say that I'm feeling a wee bit envious of your orchard. If I lived nearby I would pay to relieve you of your bounty!
